About Pressured by modern life, we never seem to have enough time. Our busy lives are over committed, spare time eludes us, or our stuff has taken over. With over 15 years experience on the front lines of information and library management, I have the expertise essential to helping you overcome the obstacles brought on by the thieves of efficiency and creativity: Lack of time, Accumulated clutter, Disorganisation, and Skills deficiency I do have a Canadian accent but I assure you, I'm a completely native Shropshire lass. I moved back home eleven years ago after completing two university degrees in Canada and never learning how to ski. With a Masters Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Toronto, I can almost legitimately claim to be a bit of a know it all. After university, I developed a career designing and managing a wide variety of projects in the information sector. I gained a reputation for delivering successful customer centred solutions, by completing projects for individuals and organisations as diverse as: the Environment Agency, J. Rothschild’s Administration, the Shropshire Wildlife Trust, Ernst and Young, and HMRC (yes I do understand the Data Protection Act!) By understanding the users' needs and developing processes that recognise these, I have enabled hundreds of people to manage and access their resources more effectively. Time is your greatest non-renewable resource and I will use my years of experience and organisational flair to help you can manage it more successfully.
