Terms

The objective of the Truly Useful Company is to give you access to the best professional service on offer. To this end the Truly Useful Company takes its responsibilities to you seriously so is fully insured.

 

Basic terms are:

 

  1. To help you assess your need for our services, you will receive a free initial consultation to discuss your personal or business requirements. This ensures that the Truly Useful Company understands your needs and can respond with the appropriate solution and that you are clear on what services the Truly Useful Company will offer you.

  2. All advice is given in good faith based on information provided by you. The Truly Useful Company cannot be held responsible if a you choose not to follow advice as all actions taken are ultimately your decisions.

  3. All consultations and any work carried out is independently given, confidential and discreet.

    4.  

  4. The rate is £25 (discounts for charities and WiRE members) per hour and minimum contract is 2.5 hours. An agreed upon deposit is required at the time of booking.

    5.  

  5. Travel over 25 miles is charged at 40p per mile.
